Begin with one pound chicken gizzards :yikes:

heat one tbs canola oil and 1/2 tbs of butter. Lightly brown gizzards and season to taste with black pepper, crushed red pepper, sea salt, black pepper and minced garlic. let simmer for 30 minutes.

Add one tsp of curry powder and simmer for one hour. Add one cup water with one tbs spoon flour )mixed in smooth) and one chicken bullion cube. Mix in pan with chicken parts and simmer for one more hour.

Add carrots, celery, onion and green pepper. Simmer for 25 minutes. :thumbup::thumbup:

I love chicken gizzards!!!!!! Smell so good :)
