If it were me, I would use those nylon web straps that go over the tops of the wheels/tires.
If your car is (significantly) lowered, you may encounter trouble getting them over the top of the tires.
I used to always tie my Healey down at the front with chains and use a load-binder to tension it at the rear. This method is tried and true.
Whatever you do, DO NOT LEAVE THE CAR IN GEAR while the trailer is in motion.
The constant rocking back and forth on a single pinion tooth in the differential can cause it to fracture.
