My 92 touring has over 260K and my tranny (auto) was slipping and the Torque Converter was rumbling bad, so i replaced it with another tranny (from a 91 e34). I installed it incorrectly the first time by not pushing the TC in all the way (takes 3 clicks). Now i have re-done the whole installation and everything should be placed in correctly in tight. I even replaced the electricals from my old tranny to this one (turns out the "new" tranny was sitting for about 2 years). The car turns on perfectly, but it wont move. One thing; It is quite hard to land the gear in Reverse now, the shifter (inside the car) will be on R but the dashboard kind of glitches and switches between R and N and P with a slight tap. it didnt do that before. My guess is that the gear is not engaging correctly. Any other ideas? Questions? Its been sitting for a month and i need her running :(

*this was my first time swapping the Trans*
