Transmision fluid

Has anybody changed transmision fluid.
Can you do it with a topside extractor.
If not, where is the drain plug?

Per the manual under Transmissions:

"Manual and Automatic transmissions, transfer box, and differential: Life time fluid, no fluid change required"
