So, our buddy smolck has been in possession of his ZHP for two days, and not one daytime video, no tales of evading the cops, no race reports, no under-car pics, and no mods...you think he's just out driving all the time? Or has he reached Valhalla, and doesn't need to improve it? Maybe Mrs. Smolck took away his internet privileges, except for 7 help responses per day?

C'mon man, we need to hear detailed ownership updates! I'd dare say most on this forum are in the e46 they joined on, and those who aren't are now M3ers, and gushed on those forums. Dude, we're excited for you, so come join in!

I hope I'm not "Michael Scott-ing" this for you.

There's nothing special about ZHPs.
Can't tell if you're trying to make a point or if you're just referring to this:

If you are being serious... well I think it depends on your frame of reference. Compared to a mildly modded 330 (or any higher end BMW) - yea, the ZHP isn't really special. But it is a great car for someone who doesn't want to mod, and doesn't want (or can't get) an M3. Hell in some ways I'd say the ZHP was more fun than the M3 to drive (M3 almost has too much power... can't really stretch this car's wings without getting in trouble)

. He said (and I quote word for word), "All I want to do is just go drive. Buuuuuuuut the Mrs. demands me to be home at some point."

:D
Reality is SUCH a drag.... :D

That's the way I felt when I got my ZHP. I just had to drive...
Same here....I had the roads already planned out a month ahead of time.... :bigpimp:

(I put over 1300 miles on my ZHP in the first 10 days....)

Hey guys,

Sorry, I have been DRIVING for two days straight. It has literally been raining since I got the car so I haven't been able to really hammer it through the twistys so I am waiting for a clear day (tomorrow). I also have burned probably 8 hours learning how to retrofit the AL bosch projector frame and stuff into my current housings (see other thread). So I apologize for the relative silence. I have been making excuses to drive the car. Last night I had to make a last minute run back to the junkyard for some parts for the retrofit and because my car was torn apart I had to take the Jeep. Talk about sucking! I was literally upset about it. Even as I type I am looking for a reason to go get something. What a great car!
