To each his own. I believe he is younger. I couldn't imagine a 50 year old having a member name that started with "illest" . If would be pretty cool tho lol

 

Well all the wood trims pop right out with a little pry tool and some gentleness.... then u could paint them any color w/out worrying about overspray.... I dont know man.... carbon fiber replacements could be pretty expensive... annnnnd if not done correctly might look a little cheap... u know

Awesome thing about vinyl, it's completely reversible and they come in a variety of colors

 

When my car was ordered with the sport package, it automatically came with the Titanium trim.

Wood makes it look kinda 'establishment' once I got used to my Titanium.

Love the look of my interior with saddle tan leatherette.

Atleast here in north Europe we got company which sell full interior moulding sets second hand. Atleast black and aluminium are colors available. Prices are 76 - 303 euros, depending on quality. Not sure how to get them to your country though. Anyway there might be some company doing that in your country also? Stripping crashed BMWs and then selling those parts which are still good.

 

i wrapped my wood trim with the 3m black carbon fiber wrap and it looks a lot nicer.

I'm a big fan of the 3M 1080 if you'd like to give wrapping a shot. It's easy to work with and doesn't require a ton of heat to conform to complex shapes like some vinyls do. We have a small selection of the 1080 as well as Di-Noc from 3M avaible HERE on the site. Lately I've been into the brush titanium finish.

 

My 330ci came with the brushed aluminum trim. I prefer it over the wood trim.

Carbon Fiber Is gonna cost you CASH :bang: . . I was gonna do it but I Wrapped mine. Takes time and patience but the look is Dope. I would show you but Im to lazy to bring up my pics.

 

Another option is to remove the glossy finish from the wood using some 3000 grit wet or dry sandpaper. The matte wood looks great on some of the newer cars.
