Incidentally, I was considering a Volvo at one point and they do have a binding contract when you order for Euro Delivery. It was up to $4000 cash up front, then 10% of total vehicle cost if you cancel, plus some fees. You would end up being out $5-10k depending on the car if you were to cancel.
