My Vacuum line connector that holds the lines securely to the ccv on the rear of the intake was dropped into the cavern beneath my brake booster. I cannot find a part number for that thing anywhere. realoem shows it but the part index number is gray and is not listed in the parts diagram index. Does anyone know where else I may find this part number or even the proper name of the connector so I can search it that way? There are two on the ccv and they are yellow circular clips. Any help is greatly appreciated. I hate chasing my tail and have searched using vacuum line but I am apparently the first dip**** to lose one.

I've found that a greyed item is normally related but in another system area.
Note: those realoem diagrams are for TAB (2003 540iA). Use your VIN to ensure parts for your vehicle.

you talking about the ribbed 90 that goes in to the PCV plate? or the Ribbed 90 that goes in to the power break booster..... I beleve that are the same,

Oh i miss read that... you want the U clip that holds the line down after the suckJet closest to the power brake booster?

That's not the one I'm talking about. The black vacuum line with the blue stripe that plugs into the ccv has a clip that holds it securely to the ccv. It's yellow. I'm thinking it's #18 in the second diagram that Angrybear posted. There are two different size vac lines that plug into the ccv and they both have that clip. I have managed to misplace the one that I still could get my hands on so I have nothing to take a picture of. The other is hopelessly buried under the brake booster. I tried my compressor with a blow gun but it must be stuck in there good.

It holds hose #9 to the ccv.

Here's the part. I cannot find it anywhere on realoem. Guess I'm going to have to go to the stealership.

Are you sure? When I purchased a new CCV plate from BMW it didn't come with those clips.
You really don't need them, the hoses fit tight (might need to trim off 1/2" from the end) and the vacuum will keep them connected.

Yeah my new one didn't come with them either. I figured they'll stay put. I just like to put things back the way they were.
