ok so im looking to rebuild both the vanos on my 01 bmw 540i and I have been looking for all the parts and I can find the gaskets but I cant find the bearings not sure if im not calling them the wrong thing but I been calling it a vanos bearing but cant find anything. if anyone can help please do so

The only parts you can replace in the vanos are the 2 0-rings.

M62 VANOS do not have bearings. Some other engine models do. Each model have unique VANOS designs.

ok so I bought a set of new vanos there's nothing on them so do I just need to buy is the two O-rings and the gasket were it bolts on?

yes im changing all the timing chains all the guides and all the tensioners

I went there all I found was a web page domain for sale with links to other pages. another question if there is no bearings in them what causes the rattling noise from them. again this is a 01 bmw 540i 4.4l M class. thank you
