Dude, they're gonna pass right through Ventura County... why don't you just join up with them on the 101? I'm going to Bimmefest from Ventura, but from the far north side of Ventura (Solimar Beach). Santa Barbara is only like a 15-20 minute drive so I figure "caravaning" for me isn't really worth it.DeCePtiCzXe39 said:I dont know if there is so i just joined to LA caravan. It doesnt take that long for me to get to LA but the downside is extra gas. That's ok though, i guess... i think it's worth the extra gas to Bimmer Fest.
If u guys don't find anybody from the Balboa Park caravan to inform u where they are so u can join up, I'm willing to go to balboa park and contact one of u guys to tell u where we are. Just let me know and i'll give someone my contact info and such.Dave 330i said:In past years, the TO guys met at CC at Lynn/Hillcrest, and would join up with the caravan from Balboa Park. Find someone in the caravan who is willing to inform you the location of the caravan by cell phone, so you could merge in at the appropriate time. Personally, I preferred to get Fest just ahead of the caravan, find that perfect curb parking spot, and watch the caravan arrive.
I am going to leave CC at about the same time the valley caravan departs. This way, I can get to Fest and find a good parking spot and watch the caravan come in.GH said:What is a good time to meet and leave from Circuit City..Anyone know from the last Caravan?
Fest starts at 9:00 am. Previous years, the caravan left Balboa Park at 8:00 am.weth2 said:Hey Dave what time would that be ??
Im going to be in the LA Caravan and i can giv somebody my number so that u can get in contact with me and i'll let u know where the LA Caravan is at. Well let me know cuz im willing to help.Emission said:Figure out what time the group leaves from the SF Valley... then calculate an approximate meeting time (when they come by Lynn Rd).
On Sat morning, have someone from the SF group call us (mobile phone) and alert us to their position...
