Tried that site previously and again now and I keep getting this error:
You have reached a daily limit for using decoder service.
Please try again tomorrow.

 

Tough on you. Works for me any time I need it.

 

It’s a “free” decoder but when I enter my VIN it goes through all sorts of gyrations, then asks for your email, then asks for you to pay.

 

I'm running into the same issue. The ones I have bookmarked either give me the 'reached your daily limit' message or 'vehicle not found' error. Just tried another one and it said the database was not available. This has been since yesterday evening. It's probably been a month or two since I've used any of them, so not sure how recent of an issue it is.
