I am having trouble removing the front wheel speed sensors. I have removed the bolt from each one, but they are seized in the king pins. Any idea how to loosen them? I put a pair of channel locks on the top and tried to turn them, but they would not move. I have new sensors so it doesn't matter if I damage them getting them out.

Spray with PB Blaster or Kroil, let them soak for 30 minutes to an hour (longer is better) and grab them with the pliers and twist until they loosen. If they don't loosen, spray and wait again. Eventually they will twist in the pocket, then just pull straight out while twisting. CLEAN THE RUST out of the pocket before installing the replacement.

Thank you for the reply. I sprayed them with WD-40, the only thing I had at the time. If that doesn't work, I will try the PB Blaster.

Yeah, we keep a supply of it at the shop. Stuff works wonders on frozen bolts and rusted exhaust.
