This might be a really dumb question, but where do you get the Castrol TWS Motorsport 10W-60 Synthetic oil? I went to 3-4 places today and noone has it on the shelf. Do you have to get it from the dealer or online?

Really I am just wondering if there's some normal place that sells it off the shelf.

Well, at least on the East coast, I have seen it at Wal-Mart and Costco. I always buy a year's supply of my Mobil 1 at Wal-Mart when they have the 5 quart specials. Don't know if they have it there though:dunno:

Yes, weird isn't it? I have only seen it at this Wal-Mart, but they never sell any either. But then again, they dont' sell my Mobil 1:thumbdwn:

Far as I can tell that new spec M oil (10w60 TWS, and I believe Formula RS is also acceptable) are NOT sold retail in NA. I believe dealer price is somewhere around $9(!!)/qt.

A place carrying Castrol Motorsports stuff like their motorcycle oils or that super high-temp brake fluid might have it,.

Mobil doesn't have a 10w60, even outside of the US.

Yep--BMW (and Porsche I think) dealers are the only place to buy the approved 10w60 oil. Don't pay more than $9 retail ($8.11 after CCA discount).
