I went to BMW Parts Direct, entered my VIN and it came up with 2 options for front pads. 34-11-6-889-570 is $246.66 and 34-11-6-883-470 is $153.87. Which is correct?

Is one for MSport brakes and the other not? Although, your VIN lookup should result in appropriate parts for the specific car.
