I recently bought a 2002 330 vert with an CEL issue , while upgrading the disa an found the intake house not properly attached to the TB at the intake. about a quarter of the hose was sucking enginebay air.

to make it even sweeter- all the clamps on the last section of hose where backwards...some quality work.

any recommendations on how much I need to clean the intake out ( and TB)

first time poster, thank you in advance

If that was my car I would install a new lower intake boot.

Take the throttle body and the ICV (idle control valve) off and give them both a good clean with throttle body cleaner, just make sure all the black deposits are removed.

Don't damage the valve on the TB and the ICV is clean when you can hear it rattle.

Give the disa and the opening in the manifold a good clean also.
