Windows 10 and Coding

I have a faulty RDC Module and my top mechanic won't touch it because it has to be coded and he doesn't mess with that stuff.

I did research and found some good walkthroughs on coding, but started to encounter problems for Windows 10 users.

Also in online reviews of K+dcan cables that only work with Windows 7, posts that show issues for inpa and ncsexpert

I tried to look more recently and was having issues, maybe it's because I have an older car.

Are there solutions for using ncsexpert, k+dcan cables, inpa, etc, to code a 2010 BMW 328i (XDrive) with Windows 10? It's 2021 now, surely there aren't that many Windows 7 machines.
