Does anybody have an experience with replacing e46 defroster stepper motor? I would appreciate any advice, instructions and/or pictures if available. My defroster stopped working few month ago i.e. it produces a lot of noise but no air comes out of windshield vents. All other AC and heater functions work fine. It is probably failed defroster stepper (actuator as it called in BMW parts list).
