OK, so I use our trusty install package from here with all the BMW TOOLS. INPA works fine. WINKFP reads my modules firmware level, but will not write any new updates. Error 209. UIF error. So I turned off the UIF write thinking the max writes were reached. Closed it down, reopened, and still getting error 209-UIF....WTH? Why if the UIF writes are off? Either I am slow (probable) or I am missing that something. Any ideas?

What modules are you trying to update and why do they need programming?
As mentioned here is a configuration issue as the program works generally well.

Don't matter what module I try...it fails. Error 209 UIF error, even with the options unchecked. Also, I don't see and voltage showing in the upper right corner. Says VOLTAGE 0.0

this is a compatibility/ installation issue most likely.
USB cable can not display voltage, only ICOM.
do not attempt to flash CCC navigation with this cable as it will fail most likely.

to flash CCC ICOM is needed with MOST adapter.
All other modules are possible with a K-Dcan cable. The cable from bimmergeeks works great.
