Z3 Solutions have them - http://www.roadstersolutions.com/page18.html. Hard, simi-hard (OEM) and soft. You should be able to find some for sale used too.

All of the models use the same boot cover.

Ebay usually has some listed. Found mine on Craigslist from someone who has his in the garage for 10 years. He forgot about it when he sold his car. Like new for $75.
