X3 service reset

This guy post great videos on BMW repairs so I thought someone here can find it useful.

Demonstrates and explains how to reset the service for oil or inspection on a BMW X3 or Z4. This demonstration is on an X3 but the process is the same on a Z4 with this style instrument cluster.

press and hold the Set Reset button "S/R". Turn key to first position. Service light comes up. Hold until it flashes, then release and press S/R again to finalize. Thought I'd sum it up because I had to write it down for myself. Thanks for the video!
