2001 X5 drivers side xenon. Goes on most of the time, but then will shut off. After a period of time it starts working again. When the light does not stay on, when the switch is turned on, the light blinks on, then won't stay lit. Based this, I am just guessing the igniter is good, but maybe a ballast or bulb needs changing? Also, any suggestions on good replacement bulb supplier? Thanks.
