I am in the market for a removable hard top for my 2007 Roadster since I have decided to buy it off lease and was curious to know something possibly from someone who has one or knows someone that has one on their car. The way that the top mounts on the car, does it cause any damage to the finish or the moldings of the vehicle through prolonged use? I plan on having it on for 3 months a year and don't want it to cause any damage to my car that will be seen once removed.

Also, anyone with one for sale in the NY/NJ/New England area, please PM me. I prefer Stratus Grey, but will take any color to repaint.

Last, any pics of one installed?

Be prepared to search for one for a long time. They're few and far between.

If you properly wash, clay bar and use a sealant on the paint, there won't be an problems. If you leave the paint dirty, the top will rub the dirt across the paint.

When you're adjusting the top, be sure not to make it rub back and forth over the paint.
