Sal's site indicates that he has applied Z-2 in the "Arizona sun" and had it dry in a few minutes. Do most people apply in direct sunlight, or is it better to do in the shade on a warm day? I am talking about Z-2 with ZFX in this case, followed by Z-6. Seems to me that having the paint very hot (in the direct sun) would risk adding microscratches if any dust/dirt gets on the car prior to wiping the Z-2 off. Soft (hot) surfaces would seem to be a bad idea, especially if the air temp is already warm.

Thoughts???

If you go to Zainobros.com, you'll actually see that Sal says he's applied Zaino under the (Arizona?) sun.

I do it in my garage...
