Like the title says.

Should fit any e46, as all aftermarket springs list the same part numbers for all e46 models..

I would only recommend this for someone with non-sports suspension and looking for a mild lowering.. and firmer ride...according to bmw, it's 0.6 inchs lower than the sports suspension.. and something like 6% stiffer..
