Help!!
I just installed a Stellar BMW45 keyless entry kit in my '88 325is, THE DRIVER DOOR WON"T LOCK NO MATTER WHAT!! and when the other locks attempt at locking, they just jump right back to the unlocked position. I have it installed in my driver side kick panel and not the trunk
double and triple checked the wiring, anybody have any hints on this? Sorry if I missed a previous thread on this.
Also, I just had my car lowered 1.25 inches. starting before then I have a rotating-sounding clunk coming from the back. and before you think it-all bushings except the subframes are new, so it's not any of the usual culprits, the guibo is new and the centerbearing, the u-joints and the CV joints are all new. Its very pronounced and occurs ONLY when just starting off; i get a "clunk-clunk-clunk" like the driveshaft is hitting in the tunnel. the more torque i put to the back wheels the more substantial it is. I also get a loud CLUNK when i hit an over sized bump, i'm assuming the two are related. its almost as is during take-off the body is comingdown and making contact on something its not supposed to......any ideas? O, and the tranny mounts, tranny, and differential mounts are all new.
Thanks!:yikes:
