I’ve recently had a coder look at my cluster and there were no issues found whatsoever with the coding. So this sets me back to the drawing board! Here is another pic of the cluster just for further proof

So, some positive news!

I have went into the diagnostics menu within the car and it shows the correct mileage (in KM). Thank god. I can at least rest easy knowing this should be an easy fix for BMW. I’ve had to change the date of the car at BMW to the 15th June as they could only offer a courtesy car on that date.

It seems that way, very very strange thing to happen though and everyone I’ve spoken too is absolutely bewildered as to what could have caused it!

My car has just done the same, did bmw manage to fix it for you.
