It's my understanding but with Nav BMW Assist (6NL) is included with it? If you build and select Nav 6NL is automatically included.

 

No it is not included with the NAV.
Here in Canada you need to pay an extra 850$ CDN to get Enhanced BT and USB. It is also bundle with BMW ASSIST...
6NL is a separated checkbox...
So question is still valid... Can we get it install afterward?

Or my only option is the Combox Media PnP Retrofit presented in your link?

I got quoted $700-$800 to add Sat Radio at dealer. From that site it's $318 and I can do myself with a cable and laptop based on what I've read on here.
