Parked my car for 4 or 5 days and then when I try to start it it wouldn't crank there was no sound at all there was no clicking the batteries good all the voltage is going everywhere where it needs to be I replaced the starter and the car still won't crank or anything i don't know what it could be the gear indicators on the dash it won't start in any gear I went under there with a screwdriver and hit the solenoid and it would crank and so I turned the key on and try to crank it again but it still won't start so something's preventing it from starting and I don't know what it's a us model 2001 740i sport

So it sat for the better part of a week and then would not crank but you assumed the battery was good because all the little things work (windows?). Did you actually measure the voltage at the jump point under the hood?
Assuming the starter was bad you installed a new one (brand? source?) and it still would not crank.
Beyond that it gets a little confusing partly because of the lack of punctuation.
These cars are voltage queens with so many sensitive modules that little hiccups can have you chasing your tail for weeks.
Besides the battery a common no crank cause it's the ignition switch, google "BMW visor test".
