I test drove CLS63 2012 PP with matte pallidum silver MSRP 122k a very rare launch edition, but was used with 12 K for sale and,,,, please don't call me name,,,, didn't scare me like this!!!! May be the fact the the dealer CA was with me made me not push it crazy!!! Most likely as I know 3.7-3.8 !!! But still this 550i is Very close !! Actually also test drove CLS550 without console shifter and despite of C&D 4.2 clocked 0-60 yet didn't feel as fast at all!!! And I test drove it alone that time, as I had MB and the dealer knows me,

I had E550 coupe 2010 NA 5.5 fast and supposedly 4.7 by C&D and felt like a turtle compared to this mighty 550i Dinane 2 !!!

This car has become crazy fast which is still an understatement! ! The torque being 580 is the reason why I feel so! !

I had E550 coupe which per C&D 4.7-4.9 sec yet was nothing and felt nothing like this beast! ! And i Never felt it was!

 

Not surprising at all to me if 0-60 3.9-4.6 range

AndI am saying that after test driving so many fast cars, for instance I test drove Porsche Panamera S just
A few weeks before this, and liked it but never surprised by its speed and actually felt as fast as my E550 2010 NA 5.5 engine which was sub Five 0-60 times per most reviewers ...

And stock 550i when i got it and drove it for well over a week felt a little faster than my E550 and may be the Porsche Panamer ORa S 2010,

It is freed of its captivity
And getting better day after day,
Sometimes I would experience some Turbo lag but may be one out of 10 times when I push hard, because I push all over the power band and the RPM trying to see where and how and when it works!! !

But still even a few days after having it,
Everytime I push it I feel that it is a BOMB EXPLODING, OR AN ARROW or crazy crazy fast.... and I have no idea why, I didn't have this feeling in faster cars!! That I know are faster and have more power like CLS63 AMG 2012 5.5 Biturbo 550/590!! !

Can anyone tell me why?
And in particular CLS550 2012 supposedly 4. 2 sec, yet nothing like this Stage 2 Dinan 550I M Sport 2012, and I test drove it alone and I really pushed it hard And was fast but not surprisingly fast especially comparing it to my E550 coupe 2010,,,
And i even owned G37S 2012 which is clocked 5.0 sec but was like a turtle compared to this mighty 550i after the Dinan.

 

HAHA. I share the sentiment. As another user has posted, I'm enjoying the Smiles Per Mile (SPM). Dinan stage 2 is tremendous, I hope I don't face any error codes with the AWD system requiring a re-flash.
