No, they don't have the logo. At least mine doesn't. They were not replaced with BMW logo mats when they hit US. I did not ask also, and I did not care much also. But the problem is, mine is TAN and because of this stupid weather in Richmond, snows and rains every now and then, its already kinda dirty. I want to at least take some action now and stop it.
If your dealer promised, make sure you get it.
I'm assuming you currently have carpeted mats. I stopped using carpeted mats several cars ago. I usually get beige or tan interiors and the carpet mats look good for a few months before they start looking bad. I started using WeatherTech rubber mats and had them in 4 cars. They're available in tan, black and gray, and they fit very well (sometimes you have to cut along a line for your particular car). They're about $85 for front and rear. I was going to get a set for my 330i but when I was looking at the BMWUSA site I realized tan rubber mats were available, they had the BMW logo, and of course, they were made to fit exactly. My dealer gave me the choice of carpet or the rubber mats so I took the rubber.
I would suggest taking out your carpet mats and get a set of rubber ones. If you really don't like them all year, just use them in the winter months. If you're like me, you'll just get used to the rubber ones and use them year round.
Oh, I put the carpet mats back in when I'm showing my car to sell it
