Hello everyone,
So I purchased a clean title BMW X1 2013 that was not running assuming it was going to be an easy fix because the body and interior were in great shape. I assumed it would be some fuse or bad fuel pump but I was wrong I still cannot find the issue. The car has 89,000 miles on it and I connected it and ran a code scan on INPA+ to find it had only unrelated issues that wouldn't affect the car starting. It would crank but show no signs of turning over and the spark plugs do spark so there isnt anything wrong with the coil packs. For some reason when I was checking the fuses when I first got it there were a couple missing so I put in new fuses for but same issue. I also checked the fuses that were in the engine bay, on the passenger side but they were all fine. I have replaced the fuel pump as well as the fuel pump module, battery(registered as well) and spark plugs but the car is still not running. If anyone has experienced anything like this or has any tips towards what the issue could be please let me know. I do not know how it started since I did not own the car when it happened. Thank You!

You may want to check out ISTA-D. (Rheingold)
It sounds like you already have a laptop computer with an OBDII cable connected.
You may get better reads on fault codes, and procedures on how to fix it.

Fuses only protect stuff, and it's usually something "else" that is broken that causes a blown fuse.

Brave of you to purchase a car that doesn't run. I hope you get it working!
