EDIT - This is for the N63 (twin turbo V8), not sure about the smaller motor cars.
Have you guys coded out the efficient dynamics yet? It disables the stupid system that only charges the battery while you are coasting or idling. Best find yet! It is the first option in the first module listed in NCSExpert. It starts with an 8. There are very few options in the that module (maybe only one?) But it is the first one. Change it to "not active" and that is it.
I found it a while back and have been meaning to spread the word, but have been working on my E63 since pulling and rebuilding the motor. I will try to get the E71 in the garage long enough to lookup the actual name of the module and option, But it is the first option of the first module.
I tested it as well. I ran torque with a dongle while driving before and after. Before the change volts would drop from 14.5 to 12.2 every time I touched the gas. Now they increase from 14.5 to 14.9 when I accelerate and I don't go through batteries annually anymore
