It is not an issue with fsc. They look good. Did you check for faults?

Did you try to boot the CIC with HDD removed?

 

The HDD still has the guarantee-sticker on it. I’ll try to contact the repair-guy who repaired it 2 month ago. I don’t really trust anyone in this branch. Thing is though: the CIC kept working good prior disconnecting all cables. So what could’ve caused this crashing-issue?

I still can’t wrap my mind about why it keeps crashing after being disconnected.

is there a way to COMPLETELY wipe it clean?

 

Hello! Did you find a solution? I got the exact same problem, cic reboot every 110 seconds .. Pulled the hd out, nothing changed. Any suggestion? Battery is a little low, gonna replace it (12.17v), but I dont think its gonna change anything .. Hints appreciated.
