1). I would not merge 2 psdzdata sets. You delete and replace one. In some cases, you can add just the missing firmware files (btld, swfl, etc.) from newer psdzdata to your existing psdzdata to flash a specific ECU(s).

2) On flash TAL, once you select the ECU's you want flashed, TAL Execution will flash them in order it determines. If you go one by one, the order really does not matter.

3) Charger rated for 50A continuous should be fine.

4) Clearly unlocked has car in some sort of Auxiliary Power State drawing more current than when locked.

Already flashed (one-by-one) my DME (flashing took 6mins), EGS (3mins), NBT (~30mins - that was much quicker than I expected), DSC2 (3mins).
Power supply sat around ~18A load the whole time, so yes, 50A unit was plenty to get the job done.

1. Also, looks like EGS flashing doesn't automatically clear the adaptations. Checked the adaptation values in ISTA after flashing and they remain the same (pressures and counters too). Should I clear them manually to re-adapt with a new software or it doesn't really matter? I had my adaptations cleared like 6 months ago when I changed transmission oil so it's not like it hasn't ever been done before.

2. I'm going to do a full flash of all the modules in the next few weeks, but particularly worried about flashing CAS - I hope it doesn't need my car key re-synced afterwards or something?

3. Talking about the keys - can you suggest a tool that is not too expensive to program new keys on the blank Chinese keys? (need to make a cheap spare key just in case, cause I've only got a single key at the moment).

4. My NBT now runs NBT_O16255A / MN-003.013.001 / TN-003.255-080 / HN-003.255.080. However, when I stream music via Bluetooth from my Android phone (OnePlus 5T running Android v10) - it still doesn't show album art picture. Thought firmware update will get this fixed but it didn't - any ideas? Maybe something specific for this has to be coded in NBT? Song/author title works perfectly fine though without any glitches. Oh, and I don't see a list of songs - could only click previous/next ant that's it. I've tried Spotify, Youtube Music and regular in-storage music players on my phone. Album art for songs in memory or USB works fine.

Flashing CAS doe snot require Key Resync.

Sorry, no idea on Key Programming Tool, nor Droid BTAS Album Art.
