Yes. He receives and responds to hundreds. Sometimes, it may take up to a week to respond. He responds in order received, so if you write again it may take longer. But, if you do not hear after a week, I would write another message.

01/09/2018:
I have made my donation to the special email-adress. Not to TM.
Then I have send the email from paypal to TM.
7 hours later I have the Accesscode to login to Site TM.
Then I install all here and I generate two ActivationCodes on Site TM.

Now Launcher PRPro 3.x is running on my Notebook.
On my PC it will not start. I'm looking for the error.

As repeatedly stated, you need to allow a full week for him to reply. If it has been a week, then email him again.

jole14 received access in 7 hours, someone wrote here that 11 hours later he received, in other forums, too, people write that they quickly received.
What have I done so badly that I have to wait so long?
I have a long road in 4 days and I want to restore my settings after the Official Dealer.

TM's turnaround time is on average less than one week. Why some are faster than others I am sure has to do with TM's workload and availability at the time. But when the hell did one week become "so long"? :dunno:

If you are in a hurry, than all I can say is to move on and get ESys X instead of Launcher PRO, and you should be up and running in less than 24 hours.

Then, hell, when others pay LATER, but get access EARLY!
And I don't understand it, and I really don't like strange things. :p

Nothing is strange about it. His donation did not need any Validation, as he made Donation directly to TM for TM to then turn around and apply it to his favored charities of St Jude Children's Hospital and Breast Cancer Research Foundation (60/40 split). Your donation was made directly to a charity so he validates those because numerous scumbags (and that's putting it is as kind as I can) have faked their charity donations and submitted forgeries as proof, and validation takes time.

I also paid directly to PayPal account.

I did it on purpose, so that TokenMaster would not waste time checking the evidence.
I'll try to write to him again tomorrow, but I do not believe that he will answer.

Yes, that is correct. I have no idea why then yours would be delayed.
