I bought a 03 e46 with 120k miles a few weeks ago, it seems to be bone stock and nothing done to it. My question is why does my running light on my pass side not come on if the key is on? If I turn the headlight switch to on then the left turn signal light(running light) illuminates, but with the key on the right one goes out. The blinker still works but running light doesn't. The bulb only has one filament so how does this work? Replaced bulb and socket, could it be in the LCM? Or switch? Just kinda confused as to why it works with key off but not with key on?
