F10 2010 6wa retrofit

Hi All

I know this has been covered many times before but can’t work out what I’m doing wrong with changing my basic Kombi to 6wa with e-sys and enet cable so hoping a fellow members can assist

So I have flashed the Kombi with success but have the following issues

1) cruise control and speed limiter functions don’t work. Cruise control turns on but doesn’t allow to activate when driving
2) every time I turn off ignition and back on 3 miles get added to the mileage. Also red dot is there so seller obviously didn’t virginise. The original miles is 40k on the clock and my car is on 107k
3) tried to flash zgw but it failed and put my car in transport mode

For now I have put the original basic Kombi in which is working as normal including correct mileage, cruise control etc but hoping to get to the bottom of this with your help

Hi. I can take a look at this if you’d like. When you say flash, you did tal calculation etc etc? Virginising is something that has to be done physically so that can’t be done remotely.

With virginising hoping I can do that after I know it is all working / coded as I will need to purchase the r270

Looking back at this. Did you code the HU with 6WA?

Not necessarily. I’d also be interested in taking a look because it’s strange that the Kombi mileage is lower but it didn’t take the mileage from the car

You can check this coding in HU
KOMBI_CIC=kombi_mid
EXTERNER_MOST=aktiv
EXTERNE_MOST_DIAG=aktiv
Or best way VO code HU with 6WA
Basic cluster doesn`t have a most so is probably not activate in HU

I’m not Entirely sure you’re going about this the right way. You should VO code the Headunit

HWEL is different. did you add 6WA to FA?
Did you replace ZGW with newer one since your car is 09/10?

Hi All hope you have had a good x mas, it’s been a while and I have found the 6wa cluster that I give up on during a clean out and would like to give it another go. Any advise / help would be appreciated. 👍🏽
