Flat Tire Issue

hi,
i m having a flat tire message once a week on my 530i 2004.i go through the FTP reset procedure and the idrive shows "initializing" and is stuck there without the appearance of "active" after waiting nearly 5 minutes.the flat tire message is gone but why i m not getting the "active" message.Please advise if there is any problem i should worry about and check

Did you check all the tire pressures?

The older system you have does not measure pressure, but wheel rotation. If pressure is good and reset does not work, a trip to the dealer is in order. You should not be getting any warning message.
