Hi everybody,
I'v tried to search in the forum but with no success, forgive me if already posted/asked.
Is the Apple Car Play somehow codable via ESYS? Does it require any hardware retrofit or it's just software? FSC required?

Requires HU_NBT2 head-unit, ID5 or ID6, and FSC code.

I've got a F45 with ENTRY_NAV and Navi Business (6UP).
I suppose I can't upgrade my system, am I right?

You can retrofit anything. You are limited only by knowledge and finance.

You can code Head Unit and other ECU's, but Coding is not any sort of Upgrade. It merely alters the behaviors.
I rephrase... is anyhow possible to enable the Apple CarPlay in my current car with no retrofit / upgrade?

Hello
A friend tried to code his F25 with latest psdzdata. Car is also on latest i-level.
But he gets an error while activating the VO.
See attached the error.
Does someone know what the issue could be?

What do you mean exactly?
He is able to see all ECU's and the description, but just when activating the FA this error appears.

All settings on Connection Screen must be as specified in instructions, including not specifying an I-Step and not selecting "Read parameters from VCM", which people keep ignoring and then run into problems and can't imagine why.

i-step in the fields on the right side have not been chosen nor Read parameters from VCM :-(
just the target F025 for an X3 Built 2016.

Is FA modified? Do you have error with original FA?

337 M Sports Package. 7LF is Model M Sport.
7LF is in FAFP for F25. What happens when you try to "Calculate FP" from FA-Editor?
Which chassis did you select for E-sys Launcher?

No, FA is original. Car is brand new. and yes the erros is with the original FA. Nothing has been coded till today on this car.
We will check tomorrow for calculating FP.
He is using esysplus ... which worked till now on other cars.
