I know that but what should i look first, the fuse is good, inpa shows that "heating mat short circuit to vdd" when i turn it on

 

Test for power at the steering wheel plug.

 

You mean the two cables that comes Into streering wheel blue and red?

 

How much volts should my multimeter show?
