help, RPM problem...

The car has good idle, no rough. but when i press on acceslerator slowly and equally RPM increases and when it reaches about 1500 rpm the tachometer stops increasing rpm although i continue press on acceslerator pedal, any ideas? i've replaced oxygen sensors, spark plugs, oil fuel and air filters, replaced Cranckcase ventilation system and hoses, maybe MAF? ICV? or Vanos?

First things first....you need to go get the codes scanned. The results from that will point you in the right direction.

I'm confused... I just watched your video, and your RPM's clearly climbed to about 3200 without much problem. :dunno:

Do as Bob said and get the codes scanned. Also, add some oil, you're low.
