Camera_system needs to be set to TRSVC and you might need to try different values for CAM_ECU.

Check correct polarity on the video pins at the HU
On EVO TRSVC Video signal is
Pin21 +
Pin24 -
Pin23 Shield

If HU cannot sync video signal it replaces it with blue screen

You could try to eliminate the trsvc camera from the equation, just connect a composite video out source (dvd player etc) to the FBAS lines and shield and see if you get a picture on the HU when reverse is selected. If you do then the connection to the HU is good and the issue is with the trsvc/camera.
Also I see on the picture of your connector that nothing is connected in pin 3, this should be shield connection for CAN terminating resistor which is connected across pin7 Can_H and pin8 Can_L, do you have these pins connected to anything?

FBAS is just the same as CVBS (composite video)
