Just installed a new IHKR module last night (second one), and I am still showing problems with my HVAC system. I will take a video to demonstrate the exact problem. Any ideas though? This is the manual / analog climate control system (with the knobs).

Climate Control has a mind of its own. Most of the time, the lights for A/C, Recycler, and Rear Defrost are OFF; and cannot be activated. Occasionally, all the lights will become active as well as the proper systems (you can hear the A/C engage from the engine bay), but you cannot dis-engage the systems. After checking fuses, it appears there are a few fuses that have the wrong amp rating installed -- Would this have an effect? Or is there some other underlying problem which I cannot seem to figure out (I have studied the wiring diagrams out of the Bentley manual; they have helped, but Ive obviously come to a brick wall)... please help.
