My BMW app question - Tyre pressure warning will not reset

I have a brand new 330e. I have set up the ‘My BMW’ app on my phone. Today I checked the tyre pressures and found them set too high (from BMW). So I adjusted them to be correct and drive the vehicle to reset the system. The iDrive in the car now shows all four tyres in green with the target pressures and actual pressures all correct. The car shows no check control faults or issues.
However the phone app shows a warning for all 4 tyres as being low. They are definitely not low and the car shows them as spot on.
I can’t clear the warning on the app. I have logged out and back in the app. I have donean apps update on the apps in the car’s iDrive system. But I can’t seem to clear the phone app warning.
Any ideas?
many thanks.

Thanks for the message.
Yes, the pressures are now set exactly as per the door.
I have a new digital gauge and the pressures read by the gauge and the car are exactly the same.
The car's check control show everything as OK and all pressures correct. Check control says 'no faults' overall.
I updated the services in the car (I think anyway) - I went to the apps screen and pressed the options button, then selected update apps and services. It did this OK.
But the cell phone app still shows the tyre low pressures on all 4 wheels.
Not sure what else to try.
Thanks for any other ideas! :)

When does it say it was updated? When I use my app it has a time/date stamp

Mine shows the correct date and time stamp. It also shows the correct charge status, etc and I can lock/unlock from the app. So the app is connected OK to the car. Everything seems fine except that it is showing warnings for all four tyre pressures. When the car is showing them all as green and OK.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app.
It's annoying - Not really a problem. Just would like the app to work correctly.
Thanks for any further advice!!

Any solutions from the beginning of this year? 12/22 and I have run into the same issue. I have a 2021 BMW X5 & tires were recently rotated so I had to decrease the front pressure, increase the rear pressure to match the recommended specs. The app gave me low tire pressure warning, despite being at spec, or even above spec . I did the full reset in the car and drove to re-calibrate. The car appears to be working but the app is giving the false reading on every update. My local dealership had no clue why. I deleted the app and reinstall the app I’ve signed in and out of the app and no change. Any direction I can provide to the dealer to help them help me would be appreciated.
