Weird noises started emanating from my passenger side window when it goes down. Sounds like something is breaking like a cracking noise. I noticed that the window doesn't seem to go up evenly, but it does go up. I am assuming something is broken :tsk: Anyone know what it is?

Sounds like the regulator is going. Pretty common in E46s unfortunately. You can either replace the regulator, or if you're up for some DIY you can probably fix it for a buck's worth of zip ties.
