-reverse camera number 6653 9353705 or 6653 9396832.
-cable for rear camera 61119355946
-front active parking assistance pdc sensors number:9274429

please help with activation in e-sys
i try it but i have only add camera item in pdc screen. no image from camera.

i try to add

How did you code the car, via FDL coding or via VO coding? I would try VO coding the vehicle and then recode the applicable modules. Should be as simple as adding ZPK to the VO and then base coding the NBT-HU, TRSVC, PMA, EPS, BDC, and SAS module.

Not sure you will get it to auto Park without adding the console button though.

Lastly, the control module for PDC is a different part number than for a car with PMA, you will probably have to replace that as well.

I try following:

connect-read fa- activate fa -reac ecu (read svt dont work) coding - done. - read coding data - edit fdl (i try all combinations for camera.) but the camera dont work...

Did I something wrong?

p.s. i would change the pma unit at last. The rear camera is now important for me.

Possibly. VO coding will make all the necessary FDL changes, assuming you correctly insert the new FA value. For the i3 it should be adding the code ZPK and coding the modules I listed above, if equipped. My concern is that ZPK is also looking for a park assist button, front, and side PDC sensors to enable the auto Park feature. Might mess with it if those are not there.

Actually, neither. Werte values are in Hexadecimal format, which means that 64 is not actually 64. If you convert it to decimal, it is 100. 50 in hex is 80 in decimal.

What this means to the car however, I do not know for certain. If you want my best guess, I would say this is the determinant for what level to maintain the 12V battery at(in terms of percent). Most BMWs maintain the battery between 65-80% state of charge so they can force a little extra juice into it during braking, allows them to recover a tiny bit of the energy and improve fuel economy(again, a tiny bit). On the i3 there is no need for that, so the operating range for the 12V battery could be bumped up to full capacity, or 80-100%.

Again, the idea of SoC limits is jus speculation.

Did you wire the PDC up front? Did you have to get new wire harness for the fronts or was there a connection already there?

Same goes for rear camera?

I’m just wondering if BMw would use same harness for all cars and just have them terminated/covered if the option was not purchased.

Except for a few things, BMW does not generally wire the cars the same...they use a customized harness to save the weight and money to have extra unused connectors and wiring in the harness. Some things, like the satellite radio receiver, they tend to install in the harness, but not many of the other options that are much harder to retrofit verses make at the factory.
