Reps can be better than the OEM ones! one guy bent all his factory 128's and only bent 1 rep 128 rim afterwards!

Well each to their own but style 128 look more like i would put on X5. They have this bulky look to them which suits an off roader. But then again i consider a 7 to be more classy and elegant which deserves wheels as such.

I love the way style 128s look on the e65, only thing stopping me from buying them is how expensive 21 inch tires are. Plus I can't seem to find a set of 128's for under 2 grand

 

FYI - A few years ago I found a company on ebay that was making/selling sets of 128 repros in 20" size vs 21". The 20" allows a little more sidewall for dealing with crappy roads (Im in chicagoland) and 20" tires are a lot less expensive. Might want to search to see if they still sell them.

Fatboy, I've seen sets for around 1200-1400 on google search. But like you said, tires are a pain. I would love to find a used set with tires. Wouldn't mind curb rash because I plan on powder coating them black

 

I have a set, and they look Awsome on my 02, I bought a front one for 200 on eBay because I want to put those all the way around because you can't rotate them, if you have a flat on the rear you have to move the front to the rear unless you have another 21 in the trunk

 

I have a set with tires. And a brand new spare rim. Came with my 750 when I bought it and I haven't used them in years....I'd do $1000 picked up in NE ohio

21's make the car, I ran them for 7 years straight on a 745 and a 750. Both reps from wheels and caps and never bent one.

 

I always wanted some chrome 128's, but I fell in love with the 32's and never looked back!

 

My friend has a set in storage In Nyc, ill pm you if interested.
